To reduce the footfall in the pratice we are asking all patients to follow these guidelines:
Please telephone to make your routine eye test.
- You can order and collect glasses by appointment only. The same applies for all repairs.
- For the purchase of cleaning products, we will meet you at the door where we can leave your item on a table for collection.
For all contact lenses, we are encouraging contact lenses to be ordered by phone and delivered to your home address. There is a £4.95 postal charge for this. Where this is not possible you can book an appointment for your contact lenses to be picked up at the front for collection.
Where possible we will ask you to pay in advance by paying over the phone, contactless payment or reading your card details to us.
You and Your Health
Our staff will telephone you the day before your appointment to ask a few questions about your health.
- You will be asked the same questions when attending the practice.
- If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please cancel and reschedule your appointment.
At the Practice
Please attend appointments on your own.
A parent/guardian/carer may attend if needed.
On arrival please use the hand sanitizer provided at reception.
Our shop will be clearly marked out with posters and floor markings.
Consultant rooms and dispensing areas will be disinfected between every patient, on practice opening times and at the end of the day.
Should you attend an appointment it is recommended all patients wear a face covering.
